Inspired by the overwhelming success of the Commercial UV Bio-Wall, the QUATTRO is designed as a light, Medical / Commercial / Residential In-Duct,
UV Air Purifier.
The QUATTRO can treat the entire duct at one time, destroying up to 99.9% of the biological and chemical contaminants in the air-stream.
The
Quattro includes three (3) 18” High-Intensity Pure Fused Quartz UVC Germicidal Lamps and one (1) 18” High-Intensity Pure Fused Quartz UVC / UVV Lamp, which are attached to
four (4) Anodized Aluminum Parabolic Reflectors and are mounted parallel to the air-stream.
Adjustable mounting brackets permit the Lamps and Reflectors to be
extended up to 15” from the duct wall so the assembly can be positioned in the center of the duct-work, creating a wall of Germicidal UV energy up to 24”
deep.
There is no purifier on the market that can match the power, intensity and dwell time that the UV Bio-Wall series is able to deliver.

C2000X Medical / Commercial Air Purifier

Designed to be installed in the return or supply plenum, as the airflow passes through the C2000X's Aluminum Reflector
Tube, The Sanuvox Process destroys the contaminants that would otherwise have been distributed throughout the ventilation system, and by cleaning indoor air, relieves allergies,
destroys mold, bacteria, chemicals, viruses, improves asthma and respiratory symptoms.
This High Efficiency purifier uses a split UV-C / UV-V (germicidal / oxidizing) lamp to destroy
chemical & biological contaminants including chemical odors. Purifying area is 2000 cfm (5 tons) per C2000X.
Some of the contaminants destroyed are:
Mold, bacteria, allergens, viruses and germs, chemicals, VOC's, formaldehyde, cigarette smoke, diesel fumes,
cooking & pet odors, and thousands of other contaminants.

Tested by the EPA (Environmental Protection agency) & The National Homeland Security Research Center (NHSRC) against Biological Warfare Agents, the
UV Bio-Wall provides a ”barrier wall“ of UV Energy destroying biological and chemical contaminants passing through it.

Each Bio-Wall has 5 High Intensity 19mm. Pure Fused Quartz Lamps, which are
mounted to Anodized Parabolic Reflectors that reflect the full 360° of Germicidal Radiation. The Bio-Wall is mounted parallel to the airstream in order
to maximize the contaminant’s contact time with the UV Energy.
The Bio-Wall is also equipped with a monitoring display built into the ballast box
which includes a digital counter, monitoring LEDs & 'Lamp Out' alarms.
The number and size (can be up to 60" long) of Bio-Walls will depend on the size
of the duct, the velocity of the air moving within the duct, the specific contaminants to be treated and the desired % kill.
